Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information Apex Development collects when you use the dashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
When you sign in with Discord, Discord shares a limited set of information with us based on the permissions you approve:
- Your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar.
- The list of servers you own or manage, so we can show only those.
We also store the settings and content you create in the dashboard (for example bot configuration, embeds, and templates), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To show only the servers and bots connected to your account.
- To save and apply the settings you configure.
- To operate, maintain, and protect the Service.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information where it is necessary to operate the Service — for example with Discord's API to authenticate you and apply your settings — or where required by law.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on our server with access limited to what's needed to run the Service. We keep it while your account and servers use the Service, and remove it when it is no longer needed or on your request.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent by logging out and requesting removal. To exercise these rights, contact us in our Discord community.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
